Pulmonary Aspergillosis is a common name for the lung disease caused by Aspergillus species. The most common cause in humans is A. fumigatus. The main determinant factor in treatment is amount of hemoptysis. In such patients, medical antifungal treatments are not effective. Mortality and morbidity of the disease are high. For that reason indications, localization and timing of surgical treatment should be considered carefully. In this study, we aimed to share the results of 5 cases with pulmonary aspergilloma who presented with hemoptysis.
