Thoracic endometriozis syndrome (TES) is the presence of endometriotic foci within the respiratory system and includes symptoms that begin in the menstrual cycle. These symptoms are defined as pneumothorax, hemothorax and hemoptysis. Catamenial pneumothorax (CP) is defined as the recurrent abnormal collection of air between the lung and chest wall within the first 72 hours of menstruation and is the most common presentation of TES []. In this report, we present the preoperative anestesia management in the surgical process of a patient who was diagnosed with CP by a multidisiplinary team and did not respond to medical treatment.
