Ectopic pregnancy is one of the leading causes of maternal death in early pregnancy. Although it occurs in 1-2% of all pregnancies, the most common site is fallopian tube. Ectopic adrenal tissue is usually seen in neonates and childhood. It is rarely diagnosed in adults. They are often incidentally detected in surgical operations performed for other reasons. In this study, coexistence of tubal ectopic pregnancy and paratubal ectopic adrenal tissue, a rare entity, is presented.
