Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) represent a different morphological pattern in cytologic examination by their cellular and structural morphology. Immunohistochemical methods must be used to discriminate this kind of tumours from same other malignancies with similar morphological pattern. Cytological examination of the needle aspiration material from a solid tumour in parotis region of a seven years old female patient who had a history of rapid growing swelling in her left cheek, revealed same spindle, strap, round and tadpole cells and large rhabdomyoblasts all of which had high nucleus to cytoplasm ratio. All cell types were positive for vimentin, actin, desmin and myoglobin. Cytologic diagnosis was proved by the hystopathologic examination.
