A 46-year-old male patient who had a high number of erythematous and edematous papules, plaques and bullae on the hairy skin, neck and bilateral dorsal parts of hands, in the accompaniment of systemic conjunctival hyperemia, fever and leukocytosis was observed in the histopathological examination of skin lesions to have intensive neutrophil infiltration and bullae formation with neutrophil content in the superficial dermis, and was diagnosed as bullous Sweet’s syndrome.
