Cavernous hemangioma is the most common vascular benign tumor of orbit at adults. Tendency of the tumor is slowly grow. Clinically, it is
charecterized with painless proptosis. Origin and mechanism of this tumor is uncertain and usually occur at middle age women as unilateral soliter
tumor. We present magnetic resonance findings of orbital cavernous haemangioma located as intraconal at forty-eight year-old woman.
