Back pain is one of the most encountered musculoskeletal pains. Mechanical type back pain is a common complaint which is generally caused by traumatic and degenerative reasons. In this case report a lately diagnosed patient with anterior segmentation defect and kyphosis is presented. In contrast to the adults the younger patients have higher probability to establish rare morphologic causes of back pain such as congenital malformations.
