Transfusion-related acute lung injury is a rare clinical syndrome. Transfusion-related acute lung injury is a serious complication of blood transfusion, and it is the most common cause of transfusion-related deaths. It has been defined by Brittingham for the first time in 1957, and its incidence has been reported as 1:5000 blood product transfusion and 1:625 patients. Here, we presented a case diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and developed transfusion-related acute lung injury after blood transfusion.
