Leptospirosis is a worldwide zoonotic infection with a much greater incidence in tropical and subtropical regions. It is probably out of sight due to the variable clinical presentation and the difficulty of laboratory diagnosis. It has been seen that the cases reported in our region are very rare. Here we report a case of leptospirosis that needed hemodialysis and was admitted to our hospital with complaints of fever, weakness, diarrhea and jaundice which were present for one week.
