Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been started to be applied in the field of surgery in the 1990s and became the gold standard in treatment in a short time period. The generally applied method in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the infundibular technique and calot dissection is of great importance for a safe cholecystectomy. In this presentation, we presented a rare hepatic artery variation that we noticed after calot dissection during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the light of the literature.
