Parvovirus B19 causes various exanthematous rashes in childhood, including erythema infectiosum and papular purpuric glove and socks syndrome (PPGSS). Papular purpuric glove and socks syndrome is an acute dermatosis with a good prognosis and acral involvement. Aphthous stomatitis, fever, and other systemic symptoms may be associated with purpuric rash. Rare patterns such as asymmetric distribution, erythematous involvement, and angioedema have recently been described as additional features. In this article, we report a 15-year-old girl with PPGSS who developed angioedema of the lips caused by Parvovirus B19. Our case presented with complaints of skin and oral rashes and swelling of the lips. Hematological, rheumatological, allergic and immunological diseases were excluded in the patient who was found to have widespread petechiae and purpura in bilateral extremities, trunk and wide folds. Parvovirus B19 lgM and PCR positive patient was diagnosed with papular purpuric glove and stocking syndrome.
