Epidermal cysts are intradermal or subcutaneous tumors located within the epidermis. They are formed by invagination of keratinized squamous epithelium. They can be found on any part of the body, usually on the face, trunk, extremities and scalp; however, they are rarely localized on the vulva (1). In this case report, we present a perineal epidermal cyst that presented to our clinic with pain and was evaluated as an abscess in the dermatology outpatient clinic. She presented to dermatology because of 2 rapidly growing masses on the vulva in the last few months. Fine needle aspiration biopsy was attempted, but the procedure was unsuccessful because the masses were solid. The patient was admitted to our clinic and underwent surgical excision for removal of the masses and histopathologic evaluation. The final pathologic diagnosis was a vulvar epidermoid cyst.
