Uterine leiomyoma is the most common benign tumor of the female genital tract. Parasitic leiomyomas is a rare variant of pedunculated subserosal leiomyoma that got separated partially or completely from the uterus and started receiving blood supply from the omentum or mesenteric vessels. The case of parasitic leiomyoma presented, which was detected incidentally in the abdomen of a patient who was operated on with the suspicion of an ovarian mass, due to its rarity.
