The other sections of the manuscript should include Introduction, Material and Method, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgement (if required).
Case reports
Case reports should include Turkish title, Turkish abstract, Turkish key words, English title, English abstract, English key words, Introduction, Case presentation, Discussion and References. Introduction and Discussion sections of the Case reports should be short and concise and the abstract should be prepared as one paragraph. Structured abstract is not required.
Letters to editor
Letter to the Editor should be short and concise. It should be limited to 1000 words and 10 references, and should not include an abstract. Letter to the Editor should bring new contributions or critics to the previously published articles in the journal.
Tables and figures
Tables, figures, graphics and pictures should be numbered with Arabic numbers in the order in which they appear in the text. Localization of tables, figures, graphics and pictures should be indicated.
Each table should be prepared with the text double spaced on a separate page. Each table should contain a short title. Explanations should not be included in the title but as a footnote. All abbreviations that are not Standard, should be explained in the footnote.
Figures and graphics should be drawn or photographed professionally, and should be in photograph quality when uploaded digitally. Electronic files of the figures and graphics should be submitted in JPEG or GIF format with high resolution (300 dpi) and the quality of these files should be checked on the computer monitor. Figure legends should be indicated at the end of the main text separately. If patient photographs will be used, either the patient should not be recognizable from the photograph or signed consent should be obtained from the patient or his/her legal representative.
References
References should be cited in numerical order in the text, and listed in this order at the end of the paper. They should be shown in brackets at the end of the sentences, in the text. All items in the Reference list should be cited in the text and, conversely, all references cited in the text must be presented in the list. Journal titles should be abbreviated according to the Index Medicus. All authors if six or fewer should be listed, for references with more than six authors, first three authors should be listed and followed by et al.

Internet addresses of non-profit organizations, governments, national and international scientific boards and associations can be cited as reference. Date of web access should be indicated.
