Paraduodenal hernias are rare and abnormal rotation of the intestine develops as a result. Diagnosis is difficult.. Intestinal gases and air-fluid levels in a region that the collection in direct radiograph should remind of internal herniation. Short surgical incision can cause some difficulties in peroperative diagnosis. This case is presented because of rarity and surgical modification.
