Recently testicular lesions have been seen more frequently because of the widespread using of ultrasonography in urological practice. Radiologically testicular lesions are hypoechoic in appearance and approximately 1 % of them are epidermoid cysts. Here 21-year-old patient with testicular mass is presented. On physical examination, 1 cm mass was found in the right testis with smooth surface and same consistency with testicular parenchyma. After orchiectomy, lesion was evaluated as epidermoid cyst histopathologically. Clinical and pathological features are discussed with the literature.
